I am not sure about what size to order?

You can find our Size Chart at the bottom of every page on the site, and in the INFO tab on the top banner of every page. Here you will find comprehensive guidelines on the fit of latex, based on our 20+ years experience working with it. Please also feel free to contact us here if you would like further assistance on what size to order.

I have checked your Size Chart, but I am not a standard size, which size would you advise?

If you find that your measurements are between our standard sizes (see size chart), we usually advise choosing the size up. Latex is cut smaller than the body, so the garment will still in fact be a little smaller than your body, and will be more comfortable than sizing down. This can be debated a little, as some customers would rather go for a super tight fit, the choice is yours, as the latex will most likely stretch to accommodate a size up or down, but generally the size up is the more popular choice. (Latex is more at risk of tearing when worn very tight).

Additionally, if you are between sizes, smaller garments, like items of lingerie, are likely to be more flattering if you choose to size up.

How long will my order take to be made?

Each latex item that we sell is lovingly made by hand to order, and we don't keep any stock, so we usually advise up to 14 working days for production, (this does not include weekends and bank holidays). Smaller orders will often be much faster, and we will always strive to complete all orders as soon as possible. If you do have a deadline, please don't hesitate to get in touch before ordering, as we may be able to speed your order through production for you, depending on order volume at that time.  We can also advise on options for express postage.

Sample Sale items, liquids, and many of our fabric items are in stock and ready to ship, you can find these items here. These will be despatched as soon as possible after the order is received, you can find full details on our delivery page.

Can I change the colours of an item?

Yes you can, each latex item is made to order, so please feel free to enquire about stock availability of colour options, we will be happy to consider any colour changes on any garments. Check out our range of fab colours here!

Can I return my latex clothing if I am not happy?

Each latex clothing item from williamwilde.com is made to order and so unfortunately can not be returned or refunded. That said you can contact us here to make any enquiries about size before you order so you are extremely unlikely to be dissatisfied.

Most of our fabric clothing is in stock and ready to ship, these items can be returned for a refund or exchange, in accordance with government guidelines. We need to be notified of the return within 14 days of your receiving the order, the item(s) must then be returned to us within the next 14 days, (28 days in total for us to receive your return). Items must be returned in good-as-new condition, and return postage will be paid for by the customer. (Delays will be allowed for regarding international returns.)

Whether an item is 'made to order' or 'in stock' is clear within each listing, but please do get in touch if you are unsure before purchase.

REFUNDS: If for any reason we need to refund your order, payment will take between 5-10 working days to clear back into your account.

Is latex clothing easy to care for?

The care of latex clothing is not difficult, but a little different from regular clothing, so please check our Care of Latex page for full info. You can of course also get in touch here with any specific questions, we have years of experience!
